Corporate Party Pricing

In Season: Sept. + Oct.

Pricing:

Includes all farm activities included in general admission. No charge for children age 2 years and younger. All guests age 3 and older are same price.

  • 0-250 guests          $25/ person

  • 251+ guests             $22/ person

Add on's:

  • Shooting Gallery: $5/ person (unlimited with designated gun)

  • Pony/ Camel Rides: $7/ person (no prepay/run a tab)

  • Pumpkin: $5/ each any size

  • Apple Bag: $10/ each 

  • See catering menu for add on food 

*Add ons can be per person, per child, per adult, per family, etc.

​Private Group Space

Tent 40 ft by 55 ft (seats approximately  150)      $2000

Tent 40 ft by 80 ft (seats approximately 250)     $2000

Upstairs of barn (100 guests or less)                   $1500    

Upstairs barn is not handicap accessible

*All tent and barn options include picnic tables, disposable table coverings, and a day of attendant for your event

Off Season (Pricing based on 4 hour time slot)

Pricing:

Includes all farm activities included in general admission, plus Shooting Gallery Attraction not normally included in general admission        

No charge for children age 2 years and younger

All guests age 3 and older are same price

*Animals arrive mid Sept.

 

  • 150 guest minimum        $25/ person

Add on's:

  • ½ Peck Apple Bag: $13/ each  (limited dates for crop availability) 

  • See Corporate Food Menu for food options

​Food:

All Off-Season events require a Food Package from our Corporate Food Menu

Outside food vendors MUST be approved and may be subject to additional charges 

Outside food vendors must provide ALL staffing for food preparation, service, and clean up

Pricing Details for all events:

Taxes:

Taxes are not included in pricing and will be applied to all relevant options including food (9%) and venue tax (6.25%)

Deposit:

A 25% deposit is required to reserve the event date. Final invoice will be sent following completion of the event.

Minimums:

Minimum number of paid guests will be set by Goebbert’s Farm/Venue, based off of estimated number of guests

Fees + Gratuity:

A 3% fee will be added to all credit card transactions

Fro parties of 150 or more, a 10% gratuity will be added.
