Join us for a new and exciting fitness opportunity at Goebbert's Farm! This unique, Hyrox style workout is a full body experience that is appropriate for all fitness and skill levels. All are welcome! Our circuit style challenges focus on strength and endurance and combine with approximately 8 kilometers of running for a fun, farm-style, fitness experience! This is a family friendly event for fitness enthusiasts of any age!
